All our bays are sized and spaced to make parking a 40 foot RV completely hassle free. If you have something that is out of the ordinary then that won't be a problem. We have the space and the inclination to accommodate anything that you can drive through the gate!
Dump Station.
Provided at no cost. Empty your gray and black tanks on site and flush them through if you like. The river rock surface reduces puddling if any water is spilled. We recommend using your own hoses but there is one by the fresh water fawcet if necessary.
Covered Bays.
135 covered bays with overhead clearance in excess of 13 feet will keep your vehicles out of the punishing summer sun. While only 6 are dedicated as Pull-Thru, our spacing arrangement can allow for almost any bay to be Pull-Thru if the need should arise.
Uncovered Bays.
Nearly 6 acres of the site is available for our standard uncovered parking area. The spacing of the bays gives us the capacity to park over 500 vehicles and if an occupant wants to keep some space around their vehicle we will work with them to make it happen.
